Shipping Policy
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse and are usually dispatched within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).
Delivery
- Delivery charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. UK delivery is £12 per order. Free on orders over £40 (including VAT). Dispatched within 24H Monday to Friday.
- Delivery times vary depending on your location and the delivery service shown at checkout.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to mainland Great Britain addresses only (England, Scotland and Wales). We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands (Guernsey and Jersey) or the Isle of Man.
If an order is placed with a BT, GY, JE or IM postcode, we're sorry - we won't be able to fulfil it. We'll cancel the order and refund you in full, usually within 1–2 working days.
Own-branded and custom orders
Custom-printed and own-branded orders are made to order - lead times are quoted when you order and differ from standard delivery times.
Problems with your delivery
If your order hasn't arrived when expected, or arrives damaged, email sales@sortacase.com with your order number and we'll put it right.
