Sortacase replacement compartments are British-made plastic inserts, sold individually from £0.38, that fit sorta-case® steel and plastic compartment cases. Also called compartment inserts, bins or trays, they’re the reason a sorta-case® never wears out: when a compartment cracks, stains or no longer suits the job, you replace the compartment - not the case.
More information
Never throw away a good case
Compartments are consumables; cases aren’t. Rearrange your layout for a new contract, replace a couple of worn bins, or refit a decades-old case back to new - each compartment costs pennies. It’s the most reordered product we make, and it’s what separates a sorta-case® from a sealed-tray organiser that becomes scrap when one divider breaks.
Made in Britain
Every compartment is moulded in the UK - the same British-made compartments fitted to new sorta-case® cases (Steel Cases · Plastic Cases).
Frequently asked questions
How do I choose the right compartment?
Compartments are sold by size - listed as width × length × depth in millimetres. Match the depth to your case (63mm compartments for 63mm cases, 82mm for 82mm) and mix widths to build your layout. The yellow 54×108×63mm compartment is our most popular. Ordering for a workshop? Compartments are colour-coded by size for easy sorting on trade orders.
